Ron did specifically ask about the IC-91AD.  Knowing his situation 
and occupation ( I have worked him while he's been driving trains), 
I'm not sure anything based on a PC is going to be practical.  I have 
similar issues with displaying other stations, since I'm usually 
mobile on a bicycle or a train (as a passenger in my case), and the 
laptop is awfully noisy at VHF/UHF in any case, pretty much trashes 
what's left of the reception I get from inside the train.
