Ok Tony, ( hope to catch up) I will be driving up to VK8RAD about the 26th Nov, about a  4-5 day drive or so.I will be online with Next-G Maxon BP-3 & Laptop. I should have data cables etc to try D-Chat etc as well. I was worried about the excess heat heading North at moment. No answer on VK3RWN so will give that idea a miss. John VK8HF I will email you soon before leaving to confirm, thankyou, for VK8RAD addition and setup. Sorry to all for the "VK4RWN" typo. It looks like VK6AWO is getting a ID800H soon too so vk6 is looking up.

AFAIK, the VK3RWN gateway is not active yet, but the repeater is.
