Are you using Linux with this?

As an apparent focal point for the use of this BP3 modem on Linux, I'm
interested in publishing your experience while travelling ... e.g. what
firmware version you are using, how well or how badly it works, whether
you are using an external antenna, what sort of coverage you get, even
as GPS coordinates if you're logging.  There's an RSSI query that can be
made, but not while the modem has an active call.
