[Dstar] New look D-Star Web Site

Hi Dave and to those who know me...

Agree with everyone, the Web site and the Repeater expansion and keenness, 
its good to see a new mode of operation being taken on with such gusto!

I've had my 800H off line for awhile due to alterations on going with the 
shack, but only just recently reestablished 800H connected to a GST3 
Collinear and working well, now I have to relearn how to configure and use 
the dam thing!

And of course, the top of my tower received damage last Wednesday, see 
attached picture, I hope the pic isn't to big for this list...its a major 
hassle but we'll have it fixed up soon!
