[Dstar] D star rent costs

While my club is not currently looking at D-star repeaters, we have four
FM voice repeaters, three of them linked, and a spare site, and at our
meeting this Saturday we'll be hearing about how the New South Wales
Department of Crown Lands wants to become financially involved in our
tenancy on two or three sites.  Selling sausage sandwiches at the local
Bunnings was one fund-raising plan.
