[Dstar] DV dongle access temporarily suspended.

Hello,

Due to a recently discovered potential security issue with the DV Dongle 
server application, DV Dongle access to all WIA D-Star repeaters has 
been suspended. This suspension also applies to Reflector linking and 
Node linking.

The security issue was inadvertently discovered when unrelated issues  
with VK4RGC were being investigated.

When the the security issue is resolved  access will be restored.
