Nigel,

Then why bring it up in this forum? And a simple reply was sent. And as VK3JED stated in his statement is exactly what has happened.

John (VK8HF)

It seemed at the time to be a simple query. But as stated by others this is not the forum. Also VK3JED response answers your query below quite well I think.

Nigel (VK3KSD),

What are you trying to imply(?) That VK8FAAB is not allowed to transmit when a full call is in control of the station? When you say “heard list of VK8RAD” do you mean the ”Last Heard Page” (http://www.dstarusers.org/d-starall.php ) ? When an standard call is at a field day and transmitting on 30m or maybe 160m and a advanced call is in charge of the field day station makes that standard call transmissions in error in transmitting on the above frequencies? When Jamboree on The Air comes about will you also get all the scouts etc. that may be transmitting on D-Star DV and query them even through a authorized operator is in charge? You best query everyone not just one.

Hello Patrick,

Is that your callsign I see on the heard list of VK8RAD? Interesting, why are you T/x’ing in DV?

Richard I'm still waiting. If your not going to reply or not even bother with my email could you at least have the courtesy to let me know. Ignoring question's from the community is not something a National D-Star Coordinator should be doing...is it?

Hi,

Hurricane Dolly was downgraded to a tropical storm yesterday after it crossed the cost near the border of the US and Mexico. The full extent of damage is not yet known.

The use of the local Melbourne D-Star repeater for this emergency net was appreciated by the volunteers both here and in the US.

VK3RWN B is now back to normal operations and was connected back on to Reflector 003 B

Thank you for keeping the VK3RWN B clear of day to day traffic while the VoIP WX Emergency net was in operations.

Cheers

Richard
