Hi Tony,
Under certain conditions unregistered / unauthorised DV-Dongle users can
access the D-Star system and via the repeater to RF. 31.9% of the D-Star
repeaters that support DV-Dongles were potentially open to this issue
Some Work-a-rounds / fixes are being considered and tested which may allow
DV-Dongle access without the issue. A permanent solution is also being
talked about.
