[Dstar] DV Dongle ???

Although I am not using D-Star I believe Richard has taken the correct
action and did not have to consult with anyone as the regulations are
clear and precise. Richard simply followed those regulations to the
letter.

>From what I can see Richard has also informed the Amateur community
via various methods also, just because Pat wasn't informed personally
by Richard is irrellevant.

Security and integrity of Amateur radio networks is taken seriously by
most lisensees and the ACMA. I suggest Pat starts to as well.
