possibly?

As you may know VK8RAD is not administered by the all mighty VK3JFK -
Richard.  It is administered by VK8HF and myself VK8FAAB.  There are
times when I'm at the repeater site with VK8HF that I need to de test
transmission.  And if I'm not mistaken a licensed armature who is
allowed to use certain frequencies may then give direction to a person
who is not authorized.

 

So that would be why you see my name there some times on the last heard
page.
