[Dstar] IC-91AD not transmitting while on the charger???!!!

This is good to know that the protection circuit is in the IC-91AD. This is
good.
My T90A Icom will not work with the rapid charger or wall wart charger for
high power transmit.
The manual WARNS of this type of operation.
I believe this is true with the IC-91AD. I do not have the manual close by
to check, but I believe I read
this to be true. Look in the area about charging/dc operations.
