This  limitation will become a major problem, especially here in VK with our
pathetic broadband offerings.  It appears to me that the Gateway isn't
necessarily the best place for DV Dongles to be routed.

Maybe their needs to be a virtual DV Dongle server that can be hosted at a
site that can handle the necessary bandwidth that can link to the local
gateway, that way it would be only one connection in and out of the gateway
rather than multiple users.
