[Dstar] Reflectors

 From what I understand the second generation of gateway software will 
have to capacity to support up to 10 connections to other dstar 
gateways. Also the non-icom second generation gateway (paused with the 
announcement of G2) offered conference bridge capacity.

The bandwidth requirements are in the Icom announcement (at least for
