[Dstar] Net goes world wide

Hi all

Below is a copy of a request from Richard Hoskin that we open the dstar net to the world. To join in follow the settings Richard recommends, This should be fun.

I would like to move the net up a notch and introduce the Gateway and remote connections to the net from OS which could be a bit of a challenge for some. I'm also going to try and link VK3RWN C to REF002 reflector so people with a DVDongle can connect in to the net via the reflector.

For this to work all participant on RF must change there UR and RPT2 as per below.
