[Dstar] reflectors?

Hello,

Does the user linking of reflectors work??

I am lead to believe that VK3RWN port C is perminately linked to REF003C 
(????) 

I can unlink this using the yourcall - *******U but it must relink it's 
self?

I set up VK3RWN port B reflector configurations but get nowhere???

My - VK3JMA
Yr - REF001CL
R1 - VK3RWN B
R2 - VK3RWN G

Nothing,  no Mr Amsat telling me I am succesfull, But when I UNLINK 
70cm,  Mr Amsat says "Not Currently Linked"

Whats the go guys?
