[Dstar] EOI on GMSK modem chip purchase

Hi Everybody,
I'm embarking on a DIY 2m D-Star stand-alone repeater project based on
Satoshi Yasuda's Node Adapter PCB.
http://d-star.dyndns.org/node_adapter.html.en
I've got two PCB's coming from Japan and I have sourced all of the
components needed... apart from the GMSK modem chip.
The CML Australian distributer can get me this IC (two week lead time),
but I need to purchase ten of them (I'm only after two) at around $47
(+GST) per unit.
I was wondering if anyone else on this email list would be interested in
purchasing one of these modem chips for their own experimentation. I'm
going to have to order and pay for ten, but if anyone else wants one,
please let me know... this will help with the initial purchase.
I'm trying to convince the minister of finance to shift some funds
sideways for this project.
I look forward to hearing from any potential homebrew D-Star repeater
builders.
Regards,
Michael.
