[Dstar] How long to 'register' on VK4RGC?

Hi,

Thanks to everyone. I now have access to the system.

I had waited 48 hours after the DSTAR registration before I finally got 
online access. All seems good now. Might be useful to put an email 
address on their for any queries.

Now to work out how it all works...
