MODERATOR WARNING POST: Dstar List

The list moderator has determined that a number of recent messages 
posted to this group continue to be 
inflammatory and inappropriate to the aims of the group.
Moderation is now being introduced.
Moderation will be lifted once the Dstar list guidelines below are being 
adhered to.

Dstar list guidelines:-

1. Virus Warnings,
2. SPAM, or, replying to SPAM
3. Postings that are offensive or defamatory.
4. Remove [Dstar] from the subject line if replying OFF LIST.
5. ***** TRIM YOUR REPLIES. (Some people are charged by the Megabyte) *****
6. Use http://snipurl.com or http://tinyurl.com when including LONG URL's

_Those that choose to participate in items 1, 2 and 3 will be removed 
without warning. _

Others MAY get a warning depending on the seriousness/ frequency of the 
infringement. 
If you are responding to any list member on a personal level, be it for 
information or for other reasons, please remove the reference to [Dstar] 
contained in the SUBJECT line so that there is no question that the 
message is coming directly from you.

Offenders may be warned, and then removed from the list if the offence 
is repeated.
