[Dstar] interesting article from Utah

Hi Lionel,

This article provides a good subjective insight as to why D-Star and any
other narrow band digital transmission system using voice codecs will not
send or complex sounds such as music or voice with a very high back ground
noise.

These characteristics will not be a problem in 90% of the situations where
you use a digital radio.

It would be interesting to see how the IC2820 & IC92 compare to the IC92
that was tested.

Cheers
Richard
