Hi Michael,

Yes I had used that website before, was, in fact the one I was alluding to 
in my post, just went the long way around getting to it but many thanks for 
the link.

Was a bad night for GPS aquasition last night.
Never aquired a satellite all the way from Flinders Street station to 
Williamstown and return and my run to Upfield was not that much better, only 
aquired the satellites after my arrival at Upfield and, hopefully, were 
visable for the run back to the city.

For APRS I use the THD-7 and a Magellan "color" GPS and I had trouble 
aquiring satellites on the Williamstown, Upfield and Broadmeadows lines in 
the past so it was no real supprise about last night, just disappointment.

Anyway, I know from APRS the weak areas for satellite aquasition, just a 
pity I get more runs over these 3 lines than the other 12 lines.
