Thanks for your enquiry.  

The Hamfest starts at 0000UTC (10AM Local) and I'm guessing will finish
around 0500UTC (3PM Local).  

I believe we will mainly be doing ad-hoc demonstrations, so feel free to
call us at /VK3RWWB at any stage.  Depending on how busy things get we
may try linking to various Gateways or connecting to a couple of
Reflectors such as REF003B or REF003C from time to time.
