Hello,
OUFTI-1 a Cubesat containing a D-Star payload is currently being built by

The OUFTI-1 Cubesat is scheduled for launch with a number of other Cubesats

The satellites D-Star repeater is planning to use the 145MHz band as the

Details of the OUFTI-1 can be found at http://www.leodium.ulg.ac.be/cmsms/
