[Dstar] Programming IC92 memories - organizational question

Hi Craig;
   I am a new IC-92AD owner and need help with the programing.
Can you tell me exactly how I can get a message to Jeff  " VK3EUL, so that I
can request a copy of his ICF file.
I have the IC-92 programing software, but cannot make much sense of it.
Obviously, I an a DSTAR newbie, and need some help
