[Dstar] Unable to connect to VK2RWN with DV-Dongle

G'day all,

For the last couple of weeks, I haven't been able to connect to VK2RWN via the DV-Dongle. This is a bit unusual as I have been able to connect to most others with a gateway in VK.

The VK2RWN gateway is still obviously connected as the activity or users list is updating and it is on a reflector occasionally. Have DV-Dongles been locked out of this site intentionally or is there 
a config issue? This enquiry is about VK2RWN and not VK2RDS. 

In regards to the Dashboards being disabled for WIA affiliated gateways, I note that mono-band and multi-band sites like 5REX and 8RAD are still enabled for Dashboard access. 
Have these sites suffered any bandwidth or "jitter" issues like those reported with the WIA affiliated sites?
