[Dstar] Problems with REF003 Dashboard

G'day Wenlock,

That's exactly what I've been getting. 

I note that there appears to be an issue with the DV-Dongles not showing up on any of the Last Heard lists and the timing/clock on the 3RWN gateway seems to be a bit out.
