Hi,
This is the first I've heard of any access issues to Reflector 3.
I've just double checked the local Reflector 3 configuration to make sure
and can say with 100% certainty that No correctly registered VK repeater or
operator has intentionally been blocked from Reflector 3 in the local
Reflector 3 configuration.
Note that there is an International D-Star security database that is
maintained in the US to reduce the likely hood of unlicensed users of
DV-Dongles etc. from accessing the D-Star network. This database is aligned
with the International D-Star Trust Server and D-Star registrations. It may
override the local reflector / gateway configuration in some instances.
Local / ISP/ networking / IP and / or port configuration issues are the only
other reasons that come to mind which could cause connection troubles.
Cheers
Richard
