I noticed last week (Thursday) that I couldn't connect VK5REX B to 
REF003 either. My internet connection has been down since Friday so I'm 
not sure what the situation is at the moment.
Hopefully it is a configuration oversight, REF003 will be a lonely place 
if only WIA gateways can connect.
