[Dstar] REF003 B

G'day Wenlock,

I was using VK3RBA-B last night and it was ok. On previous occasions I have wandered around the Ballarat city area with an IC-92AD on my belt with a GPS mic and have had no coverage issues. Ensure that you have a -ve 5MHz offset and not -ve 5.4MHz like most other sites. This one has a different offset. 

I can access it on the handheld in Geelong in some locations so most parts of Ballarat should be fine.
