[Dstar] VK3RMM D-Star repeater

Hi Adrian,
The NextG connection on VK3RMM is using a commercial 3G modem with an
inbuilt Ethernet port so there is no need to do any CentOS kernel rebuilds
etc.
In regards to VK4RWN; Port B has been unlinked from REF003 B.
