[Dstar] vk3rwn c gateway

The internet generally seemed pretty slow on Christmas day, I also was 
having trouble with making Skype contacts and in general the speed of 
web browsing ...whatever was causing the problems seemed to extend 
beyond the Dstar repeaters.
