[Dstar] Stop Demetria Going in to Meltdown

During the current outage of the VK3RWN Gateway  could all dongle users, especially those in the Melbourne area,  please use the KJ4FHX Port B Repeater and call K4DPW.  Demetria will go in to meltdown if she can not speak to Melbourne.
