[Dstar] Icom Version 19 ICF files

Sorry, I don't know what happened to the formating and one of the

G'day All,

Version 19 ICF files are now available on www.dstar.org.au for the
majority of Australian D-STAR repeaters and radios.

As well as a number of updates Version 19 is quite different to earlier
versions as the memories are setup to support the dPLUS format of
Repeater Linking, rather than Node Linking.  The Version 19 files also
support linking to various D-STAR Reflectors.  Please refer to the Guide

There are Version 19 files based on:
VK2RDS C - IC92AD & IC-2820H (IC-2820H - D-STAR on mems 000 - 299,
Analogue FM on 300 - 499) 
VK2RWN C - IC92AD & IC-2820H (IC-2820H - D-STAR on mems 000 - 299,
Analogue FM on 300 - 499) 
VK3RDK C - IC92AD 
VK3RWN C - IC92AD & IC-2820H 
VK4RBX C - IC92AD 
VK4RDS C - IC92AD 
VK5REX B - IC92AD 
VK5RWN C - IC92AD & IC-2820H 
VK6RWN C - IC92AD & IC-2820H 
VK8RAD B - IC92AD 
VK8RAD C - IC92AD

I'll create the missing 2820 files next week after Wyong...

Configuration files for the WIA Port B repeaters have not been updated
yet.  These repeaters require Node Linking, as Repeater and Reflector
linking is not generally available on Port B.

There is a Version 19 ICF file for the ID-800H based on VK2RDS C (mems
000 - 099) and VK2RWN C (mems 100 - 199).
