I've heard nothing.  The failure of REF003 has also taken out the 
IRLP reflector and Echolink conference that coexist on the same box, 
which has caused a few issues with some nets (like last night's 
AMSAT-VK net).  I know some of the guys involved personally, and I'm 
sure they'll get it up and running as soon as they can.  I did hear 
it was going to be upgraded to a server class box, in an attempt to 
make it more reliable in the long term.
