Does a Dplus reflector have to be on a physical machine?
What about finding a friendly internet host that can provide a virtual
server with plenty of bandwidth for minimal cost.
Is supplying and running your own equipment taking up physical space in
a data centre more cost effective that having a virtual machine
"somewhere out there"?
Regards,
Michael.
