[Dstar] Reflector 003 connections

Hi,

 

I'm please to inform you that the intermittent problems with connections to
the Reflector 003 have been fixed.

 

A new version of the Reflector software was installed earlier this morning
and no dropouts have been experienced since the installation. Thanks to
Robin AA4RC and the Reflector server admins for his prompt attention to this
problem.
