[Dstar] Update - Reflector 003 off line.

Gday,

 

It appears that it's not the PSU that failed in the reflector 3 server, it
was the mother board in that has gone.

 

This means that the reflector 3 server will be out of action for several
days for repairs.

The Ref003 server has died due to a failed PSU - The server administrator is
hoping to have it back up and running by Monday.
