[Dstar] D-Plus Dashboards for VK - some have dissappeared

I am about to embark on getting the South East Radio Group - Mount 
Gambier,SA to embrace DStar. This will not be easy as everyone is always 
talking cost and bandwidth that is needed, plus some people dont like 
change and cant see why we need to change. It will be difficult, but I 
will give it a go.
