[Dstar] RMM 70cm on air but no info on site

Hi,

I've been listening on VK3RMM-B for a couple of months now, but the site 
doesn't say anything about it being operational yet.

Looks like a lot of D-Star operators don't know about it as there's 
rarely any traffic.

It's my main repeater as VK3RWN requires an outdoor antenna, or using 
the handheld through the flywire on the kitchen window to access from 
Bacchus Marsh.

RMM is a big signal here, even on the handheld as I don't have an 
outdoor antenna for 70cm yet.
