No problems Wenlock and I'm glad we worked out where the problem was.  
 
Australian D-STAR repeaters down at the bottom end of the 70cm repeater
segment normally use a 5.4MHz offset, but D-STAR repeaters at the top
end of the 70cm repeater segment, eg: 439.8 and above will normally use
a 5.0MHz offset to avoid potential LIPD interference on the repeater
input frequency.  
 
It always pays to check the offset though as a few other Australian
D-STAR repeaters have unexpected offsets based on their output
frequency, possibly to avoid LIPD interference.
