By way of brief update on the VK3RMM repeater, 70cm DV is receiving good
reports and a new 2m antenna has been installed with cabling to be
completed,

I am located at 540m ASL in Ballarat and cannot hear/work the VK3RMM 70cm repeater, the analogue 70cm is also about S1-2, 12 months ago it used to be 10 over 9. The 2m analogue repeater is 40 to 50 over 9 at this same location on my reference antenna. I am not sure where coverage ceases but is sure does not have the coverage of the current 2m analogue version of VK3RMM.
