Hmm, no NTSC television here.  Period.  You'll find PAL on 70cm.  The 
local ATV repeater is actually being converted to digital (DVB-T) 
output.  So the bandwidth is allowed.  Just that currently, there is 
no DD capable D-STAR equipment on 70cm.
