Subject: [Dstar] Response to D-Star complainees

Hi All,

Firstly, thanks to the 14 people who have emailed me their support &
agreeance with my concerns & also to Mark's most recent comments.

Horst - You suggest I should step back & look at the facts. The fact is that
if I had no stepped back & ignored the crap generated from people like
yourself wobbling on about your dissatisfaction, I would have walked away
from this project months ago.

Robert (and others),

Please don't listen to serial whingers like Horst. There are a lot of people
around Australia and around the world who enjoy the use of the DSTAR system
and are very thankful to the people who have expended time, effort and money
in getting these systems on air and continue to work on them on a daily
basis.

The whingers aren't even worth the time and energy responding to in my
opinion, better they be simply filtered out as background noise. Their words
and opinions are basically worthless and do nothing towards advancing DSTAR
or amateur radio as a hobby.

Please continue to do what you do, in the knowledge that there are plenty of
people who genuinely *DO* appreciate the work that people put into these
projects.
