Thats a bit narrow minded.

What if it was a non internet mail server.  You can use a mail server to 
collect your internet
mail and then re-serve it on a LAN to users.  That doesnt make it 
internet anymore.

Maybe it was collected on a 23cm DD simplex channel,  no gateway router 
port 40001 involved there.

I cut and past, or copy and paste.  Nothing worse that having to ready 
through all the mess of
tangles messages just to get to someone saying "yea I agree"
