[Dstar] VK3RWN possible reporting issue

Richard,
I've also noticed that quite a few of the WIA D-Star repeaters are not 
reporting here properly :-
http://dsync.dstarusers.org/index.php
This indicates a possible issue with the running of the gw_schedule script.
Normally it get executed every 15 minutes.

VK2RWN, VK3RWN and VK5RWN all were last heard 17 days ago (as I type 
this), this indicates something happened to these gateways at around the 
same time.
