[Dstar] Rego issue on VK3RWN

G'day all, 

I'm trying to get to the VK3RWN registration page so that I can register a new user here in the Geelong area. But I'm getting this error:
The server at 218.214.138.249 is taking too long to respond.

I'm assuming this is possibly due to the gateway issue at VK3RWN. If this is the problem, that's ok, it can wait until the gateway link has been sorted out. 

I don't see VK3RMM on the dropdown list - I assume normal advice is to register VK3's on the VK3RWN gateway.
