[Dstar] VK3RNP-B is now up and running

G'day all on the list,

After some fantastic diplexer tuning last night by Peter VK3WK and great advice from Toby VK3PNF over the last few weeks, I now have a 70cm D-Star repeater VK3RNP-B racked and running. It's only going into a Diamond X200 (borrowed from Peter VK3KP) mounted at about 3metres AGL for now whilst we do some testing. I will eventually install a more efficient commercially made antenna and much higher in the air. There may be short periods over the coming weeks where it will be off-air for a few minutes whilst antenna swaps and moves are carried out. The repeater status will be updated on my QRZ page and the VK-Logger repeater list as required. 

I look forward to hearing you on the repeater. 

A gateway server connection is planned but may be a few months away from being established. One thing at a time :-)
