[Dstar] VK2RDS DD Mode

Thanks for the Dstar DD update Adrian,

I guess my assumption (and I think Horsts ???) was there would be selected non commercial url ie: ACMA, WIA, Dstar.org, BOM etc style connectivity from a posting by Rob VK2MT re DD operational status. Apparently he had no equipment to verify it's operation. 

What sort of selected ham intranet  activity we know not what except there are few here polishing the dust off our ID-1's ready for action. I have to drive to a higher location for VK2RDS as well so untill I hear more I'll put the dust jacket back on the rig & save some gas. Would really appreciate any DD updates please Adrian.

Horst and James, you wont achieve much unless a server is deployed to serve the DD module,
or acma changes its ruling to allow port 40001 tcp to be opened by the sysop on the router which will give you internet connectivity.  I speak from experience.
