[Dstar] DD Mode on VK2RDS

Basically, that is how I had my radio configured. I did occasionally see a
pop-up window with the received call as VK2RDS and cqccqcq in the urcall
field, but I don't think it was in response to my connect attempts.

I did try many months ago to connect to the 2RWN repeater when it had just
an indoor antenna attached, and while it was not configured to access the
network, it immediately responded and there was pretty well constant
handshaking between my ID-1 and the repeater.

So, my guess is the RDS is either a bit deaf or maybe not configured
correctly.
