Actually, the process looks a bit simpler and more streamlined than 
when I applied for VK3RTL years ago.  Seems now that the WIA looks 
after more of the leg work, whereas I had to first go to the WIA, 
then wait for the letter of allocation, then take that and the 
licence application to the ACMA.  Now it seems more like a one stop 
shop at the WIA, with a little bit of email and money changing hands 
along the way.  Much nicer! :)

I might be going through part of this process again, to get a 
frequency added to the VK3RTL licence.
