I agree with Heath (message #3). Notwithstanding the'' 'non-guarantee
time' of delivery packet transmissions through the TCIP stack and
digital networks etc... shouldn't an effort be made if possible to make
the digital mode as 'snappy' as possible, thus negating the need for the
'4 second delay'. This would be a nice goal, but please of course
rectify my ignorance if necessary - be gentle I am just an 'e-moron' !
